About the Role
You’ll be a key driver of our company’s success by being a catalyst for shaping our culture and developing our people. The incumbent will be pivotal in leading the strategic design, development and execution of our people capability strategy that ensures our staff have the skills, knowledge and mindset to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
· Organizational Development: Design and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, including succession planning and performance management.
· Training & Development: Conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis and design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for all levels of employees. You’ll be responsible for the entire training lifecycle.
o Conduct needs assessments and analysis on staff and positions.
o Responsible for course and material development.
o Implement capability strategies and activities.
o Cross curricular inclusion of wellness principles.
· Employee Wellness: Lead the development and execution of our company-wide wellness initiatives, fostering a positive and healthy work environment.
· Legal and Admin compliance: Oversee and process VET LEVI claims, NTA Apprentice programme and ensure accuracy and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of competence in training and development, with experience in recruitment a definitive advantage. You must be a proven proactive problem-solver. The ideal candidates must possess a recognized post-matric tertiary qualification in Higher/Adult Education with special emphasis on course and material development. Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field will be an added advantage. Candidate will have a keen focus on programme implementation and delivery.
