OVERALL AIM AND SUMMARY OF THE JOB

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our group through the franchise division by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing franchise members while providing support to ensure the success of the franchise network.

KRA’s

  • Develop and execute strategies for franchisee recruitment
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise members.
  • Provide franchisees with necessary resources, training, and support during the onboarding process. Oversee franchise agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of individual franchisees, offering guidance and support.
  • Report monthly to EXCO
  • Collaborate with departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to provide comprehensive support and resources.

JOB AND PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • A bachelor’s Degree in Commerce majoring in one or more of the following: Procurement, Marketing, Finance and Communication

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years experience in FMCG
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and v-lookup.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and the supermarket industry.
  • Proven track record in franchise development, management, or a related field
  • Valid Namibian Driver’s License.
  • Willingness to travel.
