We’re looking for a technically strong and solution-oriented IT Systems & Software Manager to support and maintain our internal IT systems, ensure software security, and coordinate with external development partners. This role suits someone who enjoys working hands-on with systems and software, while also overseeing outsourced technical work.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and support the performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, including bugs, updates, and integration problems.
- Collaborate with outsourced developers and service providers to ensure smooth delivery of projects and fixes.
- Review and test software changes, especially on ERP and other business-critical systems.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, backup systems, and basic cybersecurity protocols.
- Assist staff with IT-related support, especially in relation to key software and business applications.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in IT systems support and software troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of programming concepts (e.g., Python, PHP, or similar) and experience with ERP environments.
- Familiarity with network administration and cybersecurity basics.
- Experience working with or coordinating outsourced IT development teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
