We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training Officer to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs and develop tailored training programs.
Conduct training sessions and workshops using various delivery methods.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in training and development (1 years preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
