Position Overview
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our restaurant and coffee shop team at Olympia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of customer service, table service, and POS systems. Experience as a Barista or working in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers promptly and professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen/bar
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring top-quality presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
- Process customer bills and payments accurately
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional local language skills are a plus)
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, energetic personality with a strong customer-service mindset
- Barista experience or coffee knowledge will be an added advantage
