VACANCY: TRAINING OFFICER

Duty Station: HEAD OFFICE (WHK)

OVERALL AIM AND SUMMARY OF JOB

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Training Officer to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of impactful training programs that strengthen employee capabilities and support organizational growth.  Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs and design customized learning programs.

Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops using diverse delivery methods.

Monitor and assess training effectiveness; implement improvements where needed.

Collaborate with department managers to address skill gaps and development priorities.

Maintain accurate training records and ensure alignment with industry standards.

 Qualifications:

 Hons Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Physiology, or related field.

Proven track record in training and development (2 years preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently.

Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
