We are seeking a highly results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver high-quality talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and talent pipelines
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs
- Ability to incorporate psychometric test in recruitment process
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Industrial Relations or related filed
- 5 + years of Proven record in a recruitment-focused HR role
- Strong numerical aptitude with demonstrated accuracy in handling recruitment data and reporting
- Advanced computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word and Outlook, HRIS systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight deadlines
