We are seeking a results‑driven Regional Manager to oversee branches in the Far South region. The role ensures profitability, customer growth, and operational excellence through effective stock management, competitive pricing, and a clean, customer‑friendly environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement annual business plans and budgets.
- Monitor turnover, shrinkage, and branch performance, take corrective action.
- Manage stock, cash procedures, and financial reporting.
- Plan and execute sales promotions, analyze market trends.
- Train, guide, and discipline Branch Managers, identify skills gaps and coordinate training.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards.
- Oversee asset management and promote sound employee relations.
- Conduct regular branch inspections and report to Executive Operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12/11 with strong results in Mathematics and English, Accounting advantageous.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ business management experience (3 at senior level).
- FMCG background and advanced MS Office skills essential.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- A valid driver’s license code 8
