Woermann Brock is seeking a dynamic Training & Development Manager to drive our people capability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop tailored programs
  • Facilitate and coordinate training sessions across branches
  • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements
  • Support succession planning and performance management initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Higher/Adult Education or HR-related field
  • Experience in training, facilitation, or HR administration preferred
  • Knowledge of Namibian training compliance an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driver’s license code 8
