Responsibilities
· Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
· Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
· Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
· Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Requirements
· Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
· Should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans
