We are looking for a Relief Manager to join our FMCG retail team. The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores, stepping in where needed and ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Old curriculum) or Grade 11 (New curriculum) with retail experience
- Grade 12 AS levels (New curriculum) essential
- Proven success in Mathematics (minimum grade 4 or D) and English (minimum grade 3 or C)
- Accounting success is an added advantage
- Tertiary business qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, BCom in Business Management/Commerce/Marketing) will be an added advantage

- Experienced in engaging with high LSM customers.
