Woermann Brock, one of Namibia’s most established and trusted retail brands, is seeking dynamic and dependable Relief Managers to join our operations team.
As a Relief Manager, you will provide leadership and operational support across branches, ensuring business continuity and excellent customer service when branch managers are on leave or reassigned.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
· Maintain stock control, cash handling, and store administration.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
· Drive sales performance and uphold high standards of merchandising.
· Support training and motivation of store staff.
Requirements:
· Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate (a Diploma in Retail, Business, or Management is an advantage).
· At least 3 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to travel and relocate between branches as needed.
