OVERALL AIM AND SUMMARY OF JOB
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Promo DJ and Activator to join our Marketing and Corporate Communications team. This role is perfect for a highly energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people, hosting events, and creating memorable experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer engagement.
KRA’s
Event Planning and Hosting
- Organize and execute promotional events that engage and excite our audience. Responsibilities include handing out loyalty memberships, announcing special offers, creating competitions, and ensuring events are enjoyable for all attendees.
Customer Interaction
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers during events, engaging in meaningful interactions, receiving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Promotional Equipment Management
- Responsible for the careful handling, administration, and reporting of promotional equipment used during events.
Reporting
- Report directly to the Internal Marketing & Corporate Communication Officer, providing updates and feedback on event success and customer engagement metrics.
JOB AND PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
● Willingness to travel extensively across various locations.
● Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
● Must be a Namibian citizen with a valid driver’s license.
● Proficiency in multiple languages is highly advantageous.
● Being a social media influencer will be highly advantageous
● Strong initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
