We are seeking a highly results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver high-quality talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and talent pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs
  • Ability to incorporate psychometric test in recruitment process

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Industrial Relations or related filed
  • 5 + years of Proven record in a recruitment-focused HR role
  • Strong numerical aptitude with demonstrated accuracy in handling recruitment data and reporting
  • Advanced computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word and Outlook, HRIS systems
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight deadlines
